Posted 08/24/08 - 07:56:16: #1 Only been there once, had the beef kebab, and have to say it was the best steak i've ever tasted. So much food, took the rest home, but was sooo good was non left by the time i got home !

Posted 04/05/08 - 01:57:38: #2 It had been a very long time since I had eaten out at Iowa Beef Steakhouse, so I convinced my wife and our couple friends to go there on a Saturday night in March. Wow, what a great experience. When the weather has been too cold to fire the grill on the deck, this place offers just what you need. They have great gigantic steaks in a cooler, and two huge Charcoal Grills INSIDE! My buddy and I were in charge of grilling the steaks while our wives toasted the bread and we all enjoyed a nice adult beverage while doing it. There is hardly any way one person can eat the whole steak, so I recommend you take them up on their $6/2nd plate deal. This let's you grill one steak while both people get a trip to the salad bar and a baked potato. They also have marinated mushrooms and you can grab some onions and green peppers off the salad bar and sautee them in a cast iron dish. This place may not be fancy like some WDSM places. The atmosphere is cozy, they have lots of T.V.'s for viewing the games, and the location is very convenient. My wife and I had all we could eat, 2 or 3 drinks each and our bill was around $65 with the gratuity.
