New address for Saraj is 1300 50th St. in West Des Moines (in the old Phat Chefs location. The restaurant was meant to open in April but as of May 19th it's still not open

having lived in germany for 6 years i was keen to try the food, sadly i found it very disappointing, the schnitzel wasn't that great. go for the beer rather than the food
Olympic Flame
Just came back from there, got a few meals to go. Gyros is the best i've had in des moines, closest to what i've eaten in europe before. The moussaka plate was an extremely small portion. Not sure if the owner didn't like me, but the portion i got was miniscule, probably 2 x 2 inches ...
