I've always enjoyed my food here. I usually go for the wings which are smokey and great or the 2 meat special. I enjoy the variety of sauces and loved the sweet potato fries and hot cole slaw. The wait for a table can be a little rough as they always seem to be busy.

Jethro's ribs take work to get off the bone and I didn't care for the taste. As for the service it was awful. Not interested in returning

I think the kinks are worked out DrakeFan1. This is my 2nd visit and I have been pleased both times. I invited some friends out for lunch- they are picky BBQ eaters. Arrived a little before Noon and the place was packed. We waited for about 10 minutes for a table. I chose the Brisket Sandwich and my buddies went for the Pork Sandwich. The brisket meat was smoked just right and not too dry. I could of litteraly pulled the sliced pieces off. The waffles fries were crisp and not soggy. They do have a wide variety of items on the menu for non-bbq lover which is nice. My only 2 complaints are that I would like to see 2 sides with the meal. A big pile of waffle fries are impressive but a smaller one with side of beans or coleslaw would be cool. The other is the pickles- if you are going to have sliced pickles get the good ones- not the McDonalds kind. Those are minor complaints that dropped their score to 8 out of 10 for BBQ.

The food isn't too bad, and some is actually pretty good, but the service has been a disaster every time I've been there. I love BBQ, but they serve more of a TGI Friday's style of food, not really true BBQ, and too many extras that take their attention off the que that is in their name. And the service is truly awful! I've waited 20 minutes for a check to come back after paying, 30 minutes to see my server at all, have received cold food, etc. But they're still kind of new, so they may still work out the kinks.
