My wife and I stopped in for Dinner on Saturday night at the Flying Mango. The patio was open but we decided that it smelled so good inside that we chose to eat in. Our waitress did a good job explaining what the specials were- however we both dug into the menu. I had the Redneck Surf and Turf which included Cajun catfish, Memphis style ribs, and side portion red beans and rice with andouille sausage. There also was a wedge slice of corn bread with a butter spread. My wife went with the chopped brisket sandwich. The sandwich was sauced and topped with coleslaw. She had a side of baked spiced apples which were surprisingly not to sweet. We both enjoyed our meals and atmosphere immensely. The only disappointment was that we had not visited this place sooner.
