Bandanas Barbecue: Bandana's- Bar-B-Q is Southern Style BBQ - seasoned with a "dry rub" and cooked sauceless, then hand-cut to order straight from the smoker. All Bandana's pork, beef, chicken and ribs are specially prepared over a pit of select hardwoods to create our signature smoked flavor. This slow cooking process - 14 hours for pork butts and special beef cuts, 5 hours for ribs and chicken - makes the meat tender and tasty, and gives it a reddish color known as a "smoke line." Our real wood smokers operate 24 hours a day, so you can "smell that smoke" any time you visit Bandana's!

The food came out extremely fast, our server was excellent, the ambience was great- family friendly, the portions were outstanding but the sauce/taste wasn't THE best we have had in the area. We will definitely come back because there really wasn't anything to complain about. The food itself was good, but as far as the "Best" sauce/flavor in town, this was not our favorite.

A group of us stopped in here today for lunch. We all ordered the pork sandwich with fries. It was a healthy portion of smoked pulled pork. Fries were crispy and hot. We thought it was very reasonably priced compared to other barbecue locations in the metro. I am pretty sure we will be back again for lunch. Stop in and give them a try.
