BangBang Mongolian Grill: BangBang is an upscale, warm, contemporary setting that is still affordable.
We start with an all-you-care-to-eat Mongolian Grill. Begin at the "Build It" bar where you can choose from the freshest veggies and top grade meats to create your unique medley, then add some flavor with any of our sauces or dry seasonings. Finally, bring it to the grill and our teams will make it sizzle.
Take your plate south of the border by building a fajita meal, move to our Fajita Finish bar to add guac, sour cream, salsa, cheeses, chips or tortilla wraps.
All our meals are served with brown or white rice. All-you-can-eat soups, salads and breads are a perfect complement to a delicious meal.
We proudly accommodate patrons with food allergies by finishing their stir fry or fajitas on a separate grill.
Full bar, 30-person patio. Fresher, top-grade veggies.
This is the perfect date night destination!!
Kids eat free on Tuesdays (ages 10 and under) www.bangbangmongoliangrill.com

Well, I can say BangBang was better than HuHot. I agree that the service was sub-par, but that was the first week they opened. You HAVE to expect NEW employees. You do pay more for your food, but there are more choices. For instance, they have shrimp 7 days a week, compared to just 2 (HuHot used to just have shrimp on wed and fri i think - not sure if they still do). plus they have a salad bar (unlike Huhot), and a fajita bar where the tortillas are "hidden" in a warmer. also, in addition to the sauces at the end, they have dry seasonings also for even more variety. they weren't overwhelmingly busy either like huhot always seems to be. I can definately say as long as BangBang is open, i have no reason to visit huhot again.

I can't say BangBang is any better or worse than HuHot. I think BangBang is a bit more expensive and I didn't see much added value. Service was pretty awful and we arrived right when they opened on a week day, plus it isn't like we had plates of food delivered to us-- just our ticket and drinks.
We are still confused on the "fajita" bar thing. It seems like it was just salsa, sour cream, guacamole and chips. I guess we were expecting tortillas or something? We could have missed it too.
