Cactus Bob's BBQ Corral: Cactus Bob's does competition style BBQ, low and slow with a lot of love. The menu features Ribs, Smoked Chicken, Brisket, Pork Shoulder, and Sausage. Cactus Bob's is also all about the sides, Slaw, Pit Beans, Kettle Chips just to name a few, all homemade and in generous portion sizes. Love homemade fries, this place has got them. Looking for hand battered onion rings, look no further. Cactus Bob's has also just started doing Broasted Chicken!! Golden fried, juicy, and cheap, this is the only quartered Broasted Chicken around. they have three table BBQ sauces all homemade, as well as seven hot BBQ sauces that will satisfy any chiliehead. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and great food make this place the best BBQ in town. Cactus Bob's also caters. It is true! They have some of the best baby back ribs I have ever tasted. I am drooling just thinking about it.....

I have eaten at Cactus Bob's more than a dozen times for lunch and I can honestly say this barbecue is some of the best. I recommend the beef brisket sandwich with beans and either the chips or fries for your sides. If you go for lunch- try to arrive before 11:30 to beat the rush.
Never met a Taco I did not like.
